As much as Warren loved Betsy, it’s sad that he never got over Jean. And now I’m realizing that they’re both dead and maybe he can finally get what he wanted. Maybe they’re finally together.

Bucky: You’re too serious. We get a week’s leave. Get to go home for a change…and you’re bringing the war home with us. You gotta learn how to relax pal.
Steve: I see…and Toro said all this, did he?
Bucky: Ha…you’re a real cutup, Steve. Sometimes I think if you didn’t have me, there wouldn’t be a single person in the world who really understood you…
