No. Steve Rogers is pointing out that he has a girlfriend. Sharon Carter, with whom he is quite happy and clearly in love.
I will never understand why some fans feel they can only slash a character if they completely deny or dismiss their canon heterosexual relationships. Bisexuality exists! Polyamory exists! It is perfectly possible to be in a serious and committed relationship and also attracted to people outside that relationship, with or without acting on those feelings.
Forget to “or”, Steve can have Sharon and Tony AND Bucky. He can have different relationships with all of them. The love Steve has for Sharon doesn’t take anything away from the love he has for Bucky or the love he has for Tony. Or Bernie. Or Rachel. Or Peggy. Or any other relationship he might have in the future or have had in the past.
Love is not a finite resource. Love begets more love.
Love is complicate and confusing and messy, but most importantly of all, love is infinite. That’s what makes it love.
